I had such a wonderful experience at Nova Pets Health Center. From the moment I brought my cat in the team showed genuine warmth, patience, and compassion. She can be nervous at the vet, but they handled her so gently that she quickly felt at ease. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel heard and supported every step of the way. It’s obvious they truly care about animals and treat them like family. Thanks to their attentive care, my cat is happy and healthy, and I left feeling incredibly grateful. We recently took our 11-year-old Yorkie to Nova Pet Health Center during a very scary and painful time for our dog. He was screaming in pain for minutes at a time, and it was absolutely heartbreaking to witness. Due to a previous negative experience with another clinic, we were hesitant to seek care again, but we knew we had no choice. From the very first phone call, Nova Pet Health Center stood out. The person who answered was compassionate, attentive, and genuinely cared about our dog, insisting we bring him in right away. The care and kindness we received meant everything to us during such a difficult moment. We are incredibly grateful to the team at Nova Pet Health Center and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary clinic that truly cares.

Dr Masood’s extremely accurate surgical and care talents and Keshia’s heartfelt post-op care gave my 11 year old Rocky a new lease on living pain and limp free after he completely tore his left rear knee ACL. I’m taking all my pets to Dr Masood and Keshia now even though it’s at least a 2+ hours round trip drive away from my home. They are absolutely the best pet care givers I have ever found. Nova Pets health Center is wonderful. They have reasonable prices, and are very knowledgeable, Vets and Vet techs alike. We are moving abroad and they have all the appropriate microchips (ISO complaint) and Dr. Masood is usda certified veterinarian and can provide the required health certificate we need to fly. We are so grateful to the whole team for taking good care of our little toy poodle, Biscuit, and ensuring she is happy and healthy, and fully vaccinated.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Keisha! She is truly one in a million. I recently boarded my kitten and was very nervous about leaving her, but she went above and beyond to make the experience stress free for both of us. She took the absolute best care of my kitten, treating her with so much love, patience, and genuine kindness. What stood out most was how thoughtful and reassuring she was. Anytime I asked for updates, she would happily send me pictures and videos daily, which gave me so much peace of mind. Her sweet, bubbly personality made every interaction such a joy, and it’s clear she really cares about the animals as if they were her own. If you’re looking for someone who will go the extra mile and truly love your pet, Keisha is the one!
