I would recommend this place 100 times over. They were so great and incredibly gentle with my dog. While we were waiting, they even brought out a blanket for him and took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me. Now, two weeks later, we just had his stitches removed, and the work they did looks amazing. Everything healed perfectly. And he is now pain free. I can’t express how thankful I am for the entire team. Their expertise, empathy, and dedication made all the difference during one of the scariest times of my life. I’ll never forget the care they gave us.

Beyond thankful for the caring team at NWA Animal Urgent Care (especially Dr. Ali, Henry and Angelica)! They worked quickly to assess our dog, create a clear plan of action and most importantly keep our dog comfortable. I will be recommending this clinic to everyone I know! What a relief it is to know we have somewhere to bring our sweet girl if we ever need emergent pet care again! THANK YOU!

Horrible experience, from the moment we walked-in the techs said our pet had a skull fracture. We waited for 10 to 15 min or so, the tech asked us to pick him up off the floor and take him to the exam table the tech said a complete exam would be preform, 2 min later the Vet came to give us the assumption of a snake bite, mind you she hasn’t even noticed a bite on his neck until we informed her of it, they told us that with the complete exam he was gonna be clipped and that was not done either, but she wanted to do an x-ray to rule out blunt force trauma to the head. Then we would have to take him to the ER for an anti-venom. I explain our situation and told her due to financial issues we were unable to afford this and that euthanasia would be our option at this point, they came back with

I had to bring in my senior pit bull on a Saturday night due to some oral issues he was having. I called ahead to ask about options and pricing (as I live an hour away) and the girl on the phone was kind and helpful. When we arrived we were taken back immediately and every single staff member and the vet were all so kind, caring and compassionate. We left with what hopefully will take care of his issue but I loved that the veterinarian didn’t push the more expensive option simply “just because”. They took some cute photos of my boy in a sombrero and sent them to me and were doting over him the whole time. The staff made what would’ve been an extremely stressful situation into something I felt comfortable about. Thank you all!!

Our elder dog, Sprinkle was definitely in “hospice” care at our home. On Saturday night 10/4, she actually started to die in our home. We rushed her to this clinic and they took such amazing care. There was nothing they could do to save her and we didn’t bring her there for that…we all knew it was her time to cross the rainbow bridge. But they got her comfortable immediately, the process was as seamless as it can be. We order a mahogany box of her ashes. We went to pick them up and had the beautiful box with her name on it. A beautiful letter. And then they also had a paw print in clay and went above and beyond and also did her paw prints and a snout print! I’d never even heard of a snout print but it was the most precious piece piece of sprinkle that we didn’t know we needed. My daughter
