Dr. O’Keefe and her staff were rockstars. I brought Rocky my 9.5 year old English Bulldog in with a pretty severe collapsed urethra. Dr. O’Keefe was able to get Rocky all fixed up. She explained everything very well, the process, the risks, and treated Rocky as if he was a member of their family. Two weeks later, Rocky is thriving. He has healed well, and is moving and grooving like his old self. I would 💯 percent recommend Dr. O’Keefe and her staff. I was with another vet for 4 years and I transferred all services to Dr. O’Keefe because of the excellent care and consideration they provide. My husband took his “ baby” here today for an ear infection. He was beyond happy with the care they provided. Dr. McAllister and her assistant Lane went above and beyond to take great care of our baby dog Leo, who doesn’t like strangers. My husband was able to hold him the whole time. They did what was needed without pushing any extra vaccines or medications. It was super affordable!! We previously went to Centerton Animal Hospital and got the exact same services for twice the cost and horrible service!! Would highly recommend. We will be taking all of our pets there from now on. As a new client and in need of urgent veterinary services for our Std Poodle, I contacted Dogwood Trails explaining our pets condition to Olivia. She is very friendly and was attentive to our needs. Olivia set an appointment to get us in that Friday afternoon with Dr. A O’keefe. Reception was as cordial as initial phone contact. We had arrived 15min early and Was in exam room at scheduled time. The Clinic was very clean and void of heavy antiseptic smells. Dr. O’keefe came in and asked Toby’s history and observed Toby in the exam room. She did a physical exam and voiced all her concerns and selected a method of initial Treatment. Doctor said someone would contact us Monday morning to check on Toby. We have tried a couple of vets since moving to NWA, but not had the best experiences. Today we tried Dogwood and we will stay here forever! Dr. O'Keefe and Skylar were amazing, the proccess was smooth, and you could 100% tell this wasn't just a business, but that they actually cared about Dallas. Highly Recommend!!

I had to bring my cat in for euthanasia. I asked them if they could come out to the car and they were more than happy to come out! Unfortunately, my cat got scared so we had to go inside. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! So kind, generous, calm, considerate and patient. They made the decision to euthanize her so much easier and answered all the questions I had. They let me hold her in my arm while she passed. Dr McAlister, Oliva and Michael were exceptional with tending to my fur baby, reassurance, and explaining the procedure. I recommend this place to anyone!
