I can’t say enough good things about AUC and their incredible team. When my dog Started bleeding after accidentally removing his stitches from knee replacement surgery I rushed in completely panicked. From the moment we walked through the door, every single person there treated us with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. The staff acted quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure my dog was comfortable and cared for every step of the way. You could tell they genuinely love animals and understand how stressful it is for pet parents in an emergency. They not only provided excellent medical care but also gave me peace of mind in one of the scariest moments I’ve had as a pet owner. Very compassionate and helpful. Explained what they course of treatment would be and expected outcome. Really showed caring for the health of our fur-kid. Wait was not as long as I expected, which was good. Veterinary tech/assistant-not sure of the exact role but she was very kind and explained very well what was going on . What I appreciated the most was the care and compassion when I first spoke to the front desk. It set up a very good experience. One point customers should be aware of. Like some other businesses, they charge a fee for using a credit card. I forgot about this at checkout since I was focused more on the reason I was there. If you can afford it, use a debit card to save a few dollars.

I brought in my 12 week old puppy after he was vomiting and in a coma like state, and the ladies at the Animal Urgent Care immediately sprung into action and did everything they could to help my baby. They took great care of him and provided me with so much comfort in such a scary time. My baby is home and perfectly healthy and back to normal!

Tabby was so sweet, personable and helpful. Madison was a literal ANGEL handling my big ol boy with so much care and really had the most genuine phenomenal vibes ever (would trust her with my furchildren anyday). Dr. Roderick was wonderful, very straight forward and THOURGH (much appreciated), notifying me of things to watch for. I caught them at the end of the evening and they really went above and beyond even after what I'm sure was a very long day. Grateful for a wonderful team tonight! Thank you very much!

If I could give more stars I would. I brought my dog in and everyone was SO GREAT - personable, clear, kind and caring and checked in around cost before they did any next steps. Dr hockett was awesome. Special shout out the vet techs mick and Henry who both were so great with Max. Also Angelica thank you for helping me before I even stepped in the door made the process so easy and smooth.
