Dr. Vaughn was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions. I love that she has exotic experience and it gives my baby somewhere to go for health check ups! They were a bit busy with emergency calls the day I went in but were apologetic and dint make us feel any less important. We will definitely be back! I’m also going to use her for my doggo now as well. Very friendly crew! Thank you!

My fiance from the beginning recommended this clinic because when she was a child it was considered one of the best clinics for her pet dog so I considered her recommendations, I became skeptical when we used to book appointments for my pet toy poodle kody in the a.m but it would take till after 6 or 7 pm not once but every time with particularly with our dog over 13 year period. over the years Kody vision in one of his eyes was fading so Northside clinic prescribed some eye medication, and over 6days kody other eye was completely blind ,, We was dedicated to sticking to their profession because that was the normal clinic for Kody so we booked once more for kody eye problems, but the last time we booked Northside clinic they prescribed some medication for his eye and it was medication f

I've always taken care of my dog Badger as best as I can on my own. This was the first time I've had to take to a vet to update her shots record and the staff here were very kind and patient with her. I'm glad that this was her first experience with vet care and highly recommend coming here for first time care.

This place is a joke. If you care about your pet absolutely do not bring them here. The building looks condemnable . The drop ceilings are brown from all the water damage, cracks in the window. It hasn’t been updated since at least 1980. I had my dog seen Wednesday just to have labs done so they could compound his medicine. I question if they even have that capability or if it’s just a scam. Its Monday and I’ve yet to hear anything back. Knowing that the medication he’s on can have withdrawal symptoms. I’m disgusted . I will be reporting this clinic to the vet board. They shouldn’t be operating. What a waste of $200. RUN!!

Me and my family are so grateful to Dr. Vaughn and the staff at Northside Pet Clinic!!! They are a blessing from God!!! Our family pet member was so sick and we took her to the clinic on a Saturday for emergency treatment. God blessed the staff to nurse her back to health and they are some of the most wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, and pet loving people we have ever met. Their customer service is excellent, and they notified us of everything they were doing to our family pet member. Our family pet member is home and doing great, and Jesus has performed a miracle through them!!! We recommend Northside Pet Clinic to everyone, and bless them forever!!!
