I had an emergency with my son's cat (Yui) and had no vet because the one I took her to previously closed suddenly. I called NAH and they got me in immediately--no questions! I am extremely grateful to them because she (Yui) ended up needing surgery for extraction of several teeth and they got it done completely within a few days. Absolutely amazing service! 10/10, will be a customer for life! 😀 Thanks guys, for being so great!

They were SO helpful squeezing my babe in for emergency services late on a Friday afternoon, didn’t have a long wait time at all, and took time to explain everything (including pricing) before proceeding. It felt like we made decisions together, rather than them pushing anything on me, or me feeling alone in the decision making. It was also clean / no strong odors lingering like some clinics. Highly recommended! I’ll be transferring to this clinic for primary care.

I had a wonderful experience at this veterinary clinic. The entire team is incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with my dog. They truly take the time to listen and make sure he feels comfortable and safe during every visit. You can really tell they care deeply about their patients and love what they do. I’m very grateful for the way they treated my dog and for the excellent service they provided. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place where pets are treated with love and respect.

I’ve been taking my kitties to Northside Animal Hospital since 2005. The building and staff have grown and changed through the years but the quality of care (and carers) has never wavered. I’m proud to have such a high-quality veterinary practice in our neighborhood.

I wanted to LOVE this place. Time after time. Year after year. I kept my dog here for connivence purposes, thinking one day it will get better. Dr Olson is amazing, but hard to get in with. Therefore you are stuck with the others available. As for the others, I just wouldn't. I didn't want to write this review, but it is finally necessary. After 4 years of this place, I think a fair review should be written. They missed a ranging double ear infection on my dog for weeks. Two weeks ago was the icing on the cake. I've had it. They just want your money. The compassion isnt there. Now that I've found another clinic, I am bummed I didn't make this change sooner for my sweet boy.
