They did a great job with my Australian Shepherd Jax. He has never had a haircut and his adult coat had fully grown out. They knew exactly how to trim his coat. They are very polite and friendly. Jax was happy. Great job! I recommend them and will be a repeat customer for sure! Thanks again.

Awesome self-service pet washing station! The steps are wide enough so large breeds can get up easily! We brought our own towel but they can provide you one for a small fee. They even had hypo allergenic shampoo! If I'm in the area is definitely come back. Store also had great variety of all things pet related. I ended up also buying some treats for the dog lol.

Absolutely Love This Pet Store! I can’t say enough good things about this place! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help however they can. They work hard to keep the store clean and stocked, and if something isn’t available, they’ll gladly special order it for you. What really stands out is their dedication to animal rescue. They run a non-profit rescue, and the animals they have are clearly well cared for and loved. It’s inspiring to see how much heart they put into giving these animals a second chance. Their prices are also incredibly reasonable, and I appreciate the effort they make to keep things affordable for customers. Whether you’re in for supplies or looking to adopt, this store is a gem. Nor Cal Pets and Supply honestly has the best selection and fairly priced dog food that I have ever encountered. The extra bonus was seeing how clean, sweet and well taken care of their rescue animals are. I was beyond impressed.

One of the nicest places to go for information, good pet food, and special needs for your pet. I go there all the time now to get dog food for my furbaby, I inquired about what the best food would be for her needs and staff was extremely friendly and happy to help. I've been in there enough times now to be recognized and the workers are always extremely kind and the atmosphere is super welcoming. Plus everything is pretty affordable too for how organic everything there is. There's also a rewards program! Will be returning there and shopping for anything for my dog. 😊 They also have VERY cute ponchos for your dog and allow returns/trades if the size is too small or big!
