I can’t say enough about how bad their price gouging practices are. This vet was amazing two years ago, then they were bought by a private equity firm. Please go find a vet that’s actually owned by the veterinarian. My dog has been in twice over the last 45 days for cosmetic dental cleaning. I spent $450 on a visit to check his bloodwork which was “mandatory” for the teeth cleaning. Then I spent $750 on the cleaning less than 2 weeks ago. They just called me to let me know he is due for shots, which would be a minimum $250 to walk in the door. Apparently my dog can’t have shots two weeks early but zero concern if I wait a few months to spread out the payments. Run away. I’m going to find a vet that’s less focused on my wallet and more focused on Roscoe’s health.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve been bringing our cats to North Greenville Animal Hospital for over five years, and the care has always been exceptional. Recently, we faced a heartbreaking situation when our beloved cat, Ruby, developed a serious health problem. Dr. Carr and the entire staff were incredibly compassionate, patient, and understanding. They explained all our options and supported us as we made the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye. They gave us over four hours in a private room with Ruby, offering water, cat treats, and gentle check-ins to make sure we had everything we needed. When our family was ready, Dr. Carr compassionately explained the procedure and what to expect. She handled everything with a gentle kindness and empathy. A few days later, we received a handwritten card from D

Brought my cat in a few days ago for a sick pet appointment, and with it being so close to Christmas I was so nervous cause any other vet we go to ends up being an arm and a leg to help our pets. Dr.Carr was great they verified pricing and everything with me and let me know that if needed we can take each thing step by step. We were able to get a treatment started and my cat is starting to feel better.

We can’t thank North Greenville Animal Hospital enough, especially Gianna, Dr. Pierce, and Dr. Rebekah for the exceptional care they provided to our precious rescue kitten, Stanley. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt supported, heard, and genuinely cared for. Stanley was in critical condition when we brought him in, and their entire team treated him like their own. Dr. Rebekah and Dr. Pierce were incredibly thorough and compassionate, helping guide us through his treatment plan with patience and expertise. Gianna went above and beyond, always offering encouragement and kindness when we needed it most. Thanks to their dedication and skill, Stanley is not only alive but thriving. They played a major role in his miracle recovery, and we are forever grateful for their heart

NGAH has the most supportive and thoughtful staff that made a traumatic experience more bearable. We recently had to bring in my sister’s cat because she suddenly couldn’t walk overnight. We walked in expecting a cast and some meds, but ended up having to unexpectedly euthanize her due to her having broken both back legs and her having a degenerative bone disease we never knew about. The shock and pain of dealing with that situation was hard, but Dr. Carr was absolutely amazing. She explained everything so kindly and professionally in a way that even those of us with no medical training could understand exactly what was going on inside our cat’s body. Everyone took such compassionate care of us, from offering ink paw prints of our cat to offering water and snacks for us, treats for our cat
