Our favorite clinic. From the very first phone call, our entire experience has been wonderful. Dan is incredibly professional, patient, and kind. He always takes the time to explain everything and answer all my questions — and I always have many, since this is my first dog. Dr. Norton is also very professional, kind, and caring. We also had an emergency visit at this clinic, and everything went perfectly — they helped us quickly and efficiently. You can truly feel that they love your pet here and genuinely care for them. It’s an excellent clinic, and we’re truly happy we found it.

Nona's Ark is a great Animal Hospital. They're an independent family-owned Animal Hospital that prioritizes the best / most realistic care for its patients and in addition to the owners they have a great staff. I've been taking my two dogs here for about three years now, have never had any issues, and always get a full workup from Dr. Norton on each of my dogs when they go in. Most recently, they were able to see one of my dogs the same day I called after she got a small injury. They provided some light treatment and a plan moving forward which helped give me peace of mind. It's also nice walking into a place in Orlando where they know your name and your dogs. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Norton and Dan. The entire team has always been incredibly helpful. There have been numerous occasions when I needed to bring my pet in for urgent health-related issues, and each time, the team responded promptly to my requests. Dr. Norton has been exceptionally patient, taking the time to sit down with me, explain the available options, and discuss the underlying causes. Their dedication and compassion have provided immense comfort during stressful times.

I've been taking my little Max here for a short time and I've had nothing but amazing treatment here! Dr. Norton truly cares for my Pom as if he is her own! He is up there in age so he has a lot of health issues, the way they care for him and act immediately to his health concerns are the way vets should. Yes the treatments and procedures are pricey BUT it's the best quality of healthcare for my furr baby and you cant put a price tag on that. They've referred me to amazing specialists for him, prescribed the best medications and I am so thankful for that. I will continue to be a customer of Nona's Ark even though I no longer live in Lake Nona because it's worth the drive for the best care for my Max!

We adopted 2 kittens, one of our babies was really ill and we had to see the vet on a weekly basis. They were very compassionate and understanding and did everything they could to help her. All of the staff are fantastic with the fur babies. We were very happy there. We have since moved out of the area so we have to find a new vet.
