Avoid this clinic at all cost. They are your typical scammers who pressure you into overpaying for unnecessary treatments. They are not transparent, uninformative, and sketchy. They also administer medications without consent and add them to the bill. And are rude and uncooperative in communications. Summary of Our Experience (Feb 2026) Our dog, Jager (65 lbs, 3 years old), ingested dark chocolate and was taken to Nona Village Veterinary Hospital on February 19, 2026 for emergency care. He was evaluated, placed on IV fluids, and hospitalized for monitoring. We were asked to sign paperwork authorizing IV fluids and hospitalization, which we did. I had an amazing first experience at Nona Village with my new puppy! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Luis Hernández was outstanding, he took the time to answer all my questions with patience and genuine care. I've been to several animal hospitals with my previous pets, and so far, I’m really like this one, and we’ll definitely be coming back. I’ll be sure to update my review as we continue our visits to this Vet hospital. 11/12 my baby is almost 10 months now and she had a medical emergency last week, Doctors and Staff a saved her!!! They took her in right away and acted quickly I am forever grateful! 1000 stars for them!

Very dissatisfied after having a follow up visit . My senior morkie underwent surgeries her mouth which lead to removing all canines and left her in a worse physical state then before the procedure . The doctor who I thought was going to operate told me that she had an infection and because she needed to undergo anesthesia that an echocardiogram would be required . I revived a phone call from the friendly receptionist and she said everything looked good and we proceeded to schedule an appt for surgery . I dropped her off at 7:30 am and picked her up at 4. She was lethargic and slept for hours upon arrival back home. Few days later and she still is foaming white out of her mouth and acting extremely anxious and uncomfortable. We recently took our dogs, Nikki and Benji, to Nona Village Veterinarian and had a great experience. The staff was kind, professional, and patient. Nikki had her prenatal check, and they treated her with so much care and attention. Benji went for his annual vaccines, and everything was done smoothly and efficiently. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and everyone truly seems to care about the animals. We’re very happy to have found such a trustworthy and friendly veterinary team in the area. Highly recommended!

Loving this place. Our big furry baby visited this clinic and it really was amazing, from the moment we arrived all the way to the end of the visit everyone was so nice and welcoming. Everything was very clean and that something we care so much but the time of our visits. This is definitely a place you can trust your babies. For all my furry parents THIS IS THE PLACE, all the staff was so accommodating and they always did their best to make sure my baby was feeling safe calm and happy. THANK YOU THANK YOU
