Great local destination for all things pet. I hate to write negative reviews, but this is my 3rd experience with a rude employee and I will not come back. After boycotting for 6 months, I thought I would try again to buy supplies for doggie gift bags. I walked in and said: Hi how are you hoping things would be diffrent , but she looked at me and smirked and said nothing. I'm not asking for a new BFF but just common decency from one neighboor to another. The last time, she made up a 25$ price for a small bone. I wish the owner all the best.

Great little shop but had a larger variety in 2024. A little disappointing but still got plenty of treats for the pups!

Convenient stop that offers a great variety of treats and goodies for my pups. Staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions regarding the different treat options.

This is our neighborhood pet store but I’ll continue to come here once we move to a different spot in the city. Has everything we need for our dog and more. They stay up to date on new toys and brands so much so that it almost feels like they are anticipating our needs. Everything they have is high quality, we can buy there without worry that it will be worth the price. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, plus, their window displays are top tier and make me smile every time I walk by. We love Noe Valley Pet Co and all they bring to the neighborhood!

Couldn’t imagine a better neighborhood business! Paula, Josh, Mo and the whole team are warm, welcoming and generally wonderful. They have an excellent selection of high quality toys and treats. My pup is a big fan of their No Hide and Whimzees chews in particular! Also, it’s summer, so don’t forget to check the freezer for the cutest doggie ice creams!
