Noe Animal Hospital

We are so lucky to have Noe Animal Hospital as our local vet! After recently adopting my cat Fern from the SFSPCA (which was also a wonderful experience btw!) we faced some mild (but stressful!) growing pains that sometimes come with new pet ownership, including skin and GI issues. The team at Noe Animal Hospital has been extremely helpful and accommodating to all of Fern’s needs, making us feel totally cared for and prioritized. In between appointments, the team kindly and promptly responded to all my questions via phone call and email. At Fern’s visits, the office is always clean, warm, and welcoming. I did not feel pressured into any additional services or expenses during our visits. The staff even made Fern feel extra special by giving her lots of attention and sweet compliments! Fer

Tl;Dr: all three of our cats are patients at Noe Animal Hospital and we've had nothing but great experiences, even with their very different medical needs and personalities. Dr. Gopisetty and all the staff do a great job with them, and I'm thrilled by the care the cats get and how easy the people are to work with! (full review below) I tend to have 3 big concerns about vets: price, transparency, and being chastised about care. My experience at Noe Animal Hospital has been excellent regarding all three: 1) They are expensive, but not unreasonably so for a vet's office in SF proper. The invoices are clear and transparent (and super easy to submit to insurance), their prices are not significantly inflated compared to what some friends have paid/been paying, and they've worked with us to redu

Dr. Goodrich is great with both of our dogs big and small. She’s very flexible with our big dog when he needs more emotional support and is so kind to our little. The team is very responsive and great at making the vet a pleasure for both humans and pups. They are a newer practice and I can tell sometimes they are still gaining experience with more fearful pups— but they are open to working with their clients to make it happen!

We needed to bring our 6 year old tabby in for his updated checkups and shots as our original long time animal hospital closed and moved away. As Noe Animal Hospital is now closed, we decided to bring our trusted family cat, one of two, to get him updated and entrusted to their care. Immediately upon arrival, I was greeted by Ms. Devon, the Senior Practitioner at the facility. Calming my fears of a new location that upset my feline friend, we were all put at ease with Devon's calm and reassuring manner and all fears dispensed with at the time. Simply put, TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!! This was my first experience with Dr. Goodrich and Noe Valley Animal Hospital. From even just calling in to set up the appointment, the front desk team were helpful, kind, personable, and funny. As all of us are, I am slightly crazy when it comes to my two dogs. They were completely understanding, kind, and helped with all kinds of records and rescheduling questions! When I arrived, the hospital is SO CUTE and the entire experience was welcoming, kind, and comfortable. I have two big dogs, and the team seemed excited to meet them, pet them, and interact. Dr. Goodrich was knowledgable and confident, without being pushy. I truly trust my babies with this team, and am so grateful to have found a healthcare home for my doggies.
