The team since the beginning were very welcoming, treated us like guest ina hotel. We loves the hospitality and the way they spoke to us while explaining the process our Rudy was entertaining too. Dr. Yaritza at Lake Buena Vista location was amazing, very attentive. Took a reasonable time to talk to us and explain what she did to Rudy and what we should do at home to continue a great care. Thank you Newday, for taking such great care of all of us!!!!

Sadie was injured on a bike trip. All the employees were very kind and awesome to work with. We were visiting from Georgia and clinic took us in right away. They were not pushing for us to do unwanted treatment we had control over how Sadie treatment. Great Job to every one there.

They only care to charge you For everything, sell you tests, medicine etc. They vaccinated my dog and the next day he started with a horrible cough. I wrote to them and it’s been days and no one answered . Also they took him to another place to check him and vaccinate him without me so I wasn’t able to see anything. I also did a test for heartworms and didn’t get results, just prescriptions for the preventive medicine. Once they have sold you whatever they wanted they don’t care anymore why you’re there. I needed to get insurance with the company they’re partner with but left empty handed… they said they were gonna send me an email. Of course they didn’t. The place looks nice but I wouldn’t recommend at all!!!

This place is great! Our Daisy is treated with such much care and love. Dr. Leslie Montanez is the best! She takes time to explain, they give you an estimate before doing anything, Dr. went step by step on how to administer the medicine. We also loved watching the dogs play in the pool while we waited. They looked so happy! Definitely this will be the place for our girl from now on.
