I've been to a few vets in the area, I love my pets and want them happy & healthy... that being said, I don't mind paying for good/great service, I don't mind even over paying. You will NOT get this here, you will get cold Dr's who aren't good with animals, and a rude staff who are unprofessional acting, as if they are doing you a favor, like you aren't paying top dollar!

After searching for a great vet in the area, I finally found one! There's no pushing of food or insurance that they want to sell you, they genuinely care about the animals. It's just refreshing to have a group that cares about the career rather than being a sales person. My shy and fiesty cat was even calm through the entire exam and I'm so thankful. The bill at the end was also a fraction for what I have paid at other places and for that, I'm also grateful. Thanks ladies!

My pets have been challenging me this year! I switched to NVC after a horrible experience elsewhere in Hampton Falls. I noticed one of my old vets from Riverside in Haverhill was here, Dr Lagasse. When I first switched we saw Dr Pope, totally outstanding! I feel like a frequent flyer with a cat diagnosed with anemia and my dog has had some unexpected emergencies. Dr Lagasse has been an amazing partner working through the diagnosis of my cat’s anemia and treatment plan. My cat should have been dead, but he’s thriving. The ENTIRE staff has been amazing helping me through this emotional burden this year. I’ve had pets for over 50 years and seen many not so great vets over the years. I feel like family here. And, if they were ever unavailable for an emergency, my go to place is Rockin

From the moment we walked in for each visit and to the time we left, we were impressed. The staff is very professional and friendly. Warm greetings each visit. Another huge plus was the cleanliness of the office. We've been to other offices that had an off-putting odor, and this office did not have that funk. It was nice walking in to a clean vet office.
