I would give this store the worst review possible. I live in Hawaii but visit my friend in Newburyport every couple of years. the last time I was there was three years ago and I bought my yorkie a cute lobster collar which I love. I was there last month and bought him another lobster collar but when I got back to hawaii it was actually too small. I sent it to my friend in Newburyport to have her exchange it for a bigger size and the worker refused to do it without a receipt. It was never worn and had the original tag and I sent her a copy of my credit card statement showing the charge. My friend went back the following day when the owner was there and she said that she reluctantly exchanged the collar but was nasty about it. What the heck? What kind of customer service is that? I

Great store & staff!! When the prior store (Just Dogs) closed my family (and dog) were sad our favorite local pet store was closing, but we were thrilled when we found out that Good Dog Gallery was opening in its place! The store has a great selection of items (toys, leashes, harnesses, apparel, etc.) and treats! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and it's the only place our dog will get her nails trimmed!

I've been eager to visit this new dog supply store after the former owner retired. I was a long time customer of the former store; it was a huge loss when it closed. I wanted to wish the new owner success, check out the store and see if they had doggy boots for my mini schnauzer. I did a drive by to see if it was open and happily saw the large "open" sign on the door! After driving around the Green St. lot, I found a parking space some distance away. I walked to the store (a little more effort as a senior citizen) and the door was locked with a paper clock graphic saying they'd be back at 1:30; it was now LONG after that time. Perhaps they mixed up the minute and hour arrows? I knocked but no answer. Very frustrating and annoying. Perhaps someone needed a meal break. This was not very smar

My dogs LOVE the homemade treats and the staff is always soo friendly 10/10
