I had the exact opposite experience with this groomer than most everyone else and wondering if people just don't want to take the time to review their negative experiences as I also waited a long time before writing this. However, I feel it's important to share for others, acknowledging it might be a "one off" or "bad day" for the business, but here goes: First, we had a 12 noon appointment but they didn't start grooming him until after 5PM -- and my dog who is not generally crate trained was kept in a crate for over 5 hours (yes FIVE) before they got to him. We know this because we called when we didn't hear from them at 5PM and they didn't answer, so we drove there concerned as the website states they are only open till 5PM. Our first ever grooming experience was a success thanks to Barlett's Cover Pet Care. They were super kind, sweet, knowledgeable, professional and clearly so caring for all the pets walking into the store. Zeina walked out of there looking and smelling as beautiful as ever. Would not consider another groomer. They are wonderful people who love "their dogs". Jackie and Ray do an awesome job. When I leave my boy, I do not have to worry, he is on the best hands.

First time taking my dog there. They were so kind and caring. My girl gets a little nervous having someone she's not familiar with working on her. She did great, because they did great. I can't rave enough about them.
