Extremely knowledgeable and caring vet. I drive 25 minutes to come here. Best primary care vet in the the Nashville area. It has been two years since my golden retriever passed away. Now I'm bringing my new black lab to New Shackle Island Veterinary Hospital. Dr JP helped us this visit, very impressive and empathetic. Top notch care. Highly recommended.

Staff is always friendly & polite. They are great with my large dog. They make her fell safe no matter what they need to do.

Very poor customer service. Jennifer at the front was always rude. I had a situation where my elderly dog suffered a massive stroke and needed to be put down urgently and they refused to help us that day. They said they could get him in in 2 days. There are much better/ caring vet clinics in the area. Look elsewhere.
