We have always had the best experiences. All three providers have seen and treated our fur baby. They treat him like their own. The entire staff from the moment you are greeted at check in until you leave are professional, engaged, thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. We won’t take our dog anywhere else. Michelle and Tabitha are both wonderful techs. Drs. Bagshaw, Wilkerson, and Rothdeutsch are all amazing!

We love everyone at Hendersonville Animal Hospital from the front desk to the doctors and techs who treat our precious kiddos. 10/10 we recommend!

first time at a vet ever, my family is not only broke but has had bad experiences with other vets where they were judgemental and rude. I could've told you that they were lying with how kindly this staff treated me and my cat Pixie. I'm currently waiting for blood work results, but just through the way our vet explained the things he noticed and why he was concerned made this appointment so much easier. They dealt with my hostile kitty perfectly and although the cost of care is expensive their customer service more than makes up for it (even gave me a minor discount without prompting!) they also appear to do layaway which is nice. lovely people, will start regularly visiting this office!!!

My husband and I woke up to our poor dog having a very painful anal sac abscess. We rushed him to Hendersonville Animal Hospital where he goes for routine exams and they were BOOKED - completely full because it was a Saturday morning. Wendi, the sweet receptionist, took one look at our dog and spoke with Christy, the nurse, and Dr. Rothdeutsch and they were able to get him in right away. I can’t thank Wendi, Christy, and Dr. Rothdeutsch enough for taking care of our sweet baby, who was in so much pain, despite being super busy. Hendersonville Animal Hospital is amazing for regular check ups, vaccinations, and exams, and they were even more amazing for our little emergency.

Well my pup has a new doctor and she knew that the minute she got inside the office. We were greeted by such friendly staff. She got her wellness exam and 3 shots. I think she handled it well. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. The doctor well explained everything very well and didn’t complain about the extra kisses she got from my pup. Thank you all and we look forward to upcoming visits here.
