Cannot say enough positive things about the staff here. They literally saved our dog’s life. Our shih tzu had a large tumor on her spleen, and the staff rushed her into emergency surgery with no hesitation, staying late to get the procedure done. Dr. Pope stayed to perform the splenectomy on her birthday, too! Victoria, the vet tech took extra time to help us stay calm, as we were panicked. Jess also came later to help out from a different NVC location. Our dog’s regular vet assumed the worst (aggressive malignant tumor) and recommended we let her go, but the staff at NVC gave us hope and performed a miracle. Turns out the tumor was benign, and they were thrilled to give us the good news. She’s healing well and we could not be more grateful to Dr. Pope and the staff here. They really care

I’ve taken Both my cats for the first time so far and the service has been pretty good. We have seen Dr Pope and she’s amazing. She is very patient and you can see she cares about the animals. Will definitely bring them back.

We brought our two girls in for their yearly checkups. When we arrived I reminded the doctor that they would both need a Benadryl shot to help calm them down and to help with any reactions to the medicine. Our smaller pup Ellie did perfect. Our larger elderly dog freaked out, I asked again about the Benadryl shot and if it would help they said it should. By the time she got to the back her blood pressure was through the roof they accidentally cut her nail and caused bleeding there was blood everywhere. The lady kept apologizing that there was so much blood and that they could not get the bleeding under control because her blood pressure was so high. I said it was fine I know she's nervous to begin with, hence why we talked about the Benadryl hopefully calming her. She has severe separation

We brought our new Cavalier King Charles for his first puppy exam and the staff and vet were incredible. Dr. Johnson was very thorough with our boy, recommended his vaccination schedule, and checked for a heart murmur since the cavalier breed is known to have a proclivity toward heart issues. We loved our experience!

While he was sedated, she took the time to replicate and confirm the test results, then thoughtfully adjusted his medications to ensure the best possible recovery. After an initial consultation at another clinic left us worried that surgery was necessary, Dr. Pope’s thorough evaluation gave us clarity and peace of mind—turns out surgery was not needed after all. Everyone at the clinic was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring.
