NAS Lemoore Veterinary Treatment Facilities

I had scheduled an appointment for 3 animals. I unfortunately tested positive for Covid and I had to cancel the original appointment. I called as soon as I found out and I was seriously feeling horrible. We scheduled a new appointment and I wrote down the date and time. I arrived an hour before scheduled, and they were closed for lunch. The base had put out a notice that there could be delays because of exercised drills. I wanted to make sure, I would not get delayed at the gate. Once they opened, we walked in and I was immediately told, I was banned for a year, because I had missed three appointments. I immediately said; "no, I had Covid, you can't be serious?" The young lady said; "no, it's not from that appointment, it's your appointment for today." I was very confused. She tried

Very friendly staff. Got all vaccines needed, and script for mediation through Chewy with jumping through hoops. Very low price!
