I called to ask a quick question gave the benefit of doubt after reading the reviews.i understand i called 40mins before closing, but Definitely should have a better Receptionists with some Hospitality skills, and how to Properly respond to potential clients.

My daughter Kelsey Sammra called Lemoore Animal Clinic for our cat Gray Brat and spoke to the office staff and they made him a appointment for 12/2/2024 I told my daughter that was too long for him to be going around with a hurt tail that is sensitive to the touch, so I told my daughter too call back and take the appointment for 11/7/2024 at 10:45 a.m. so she called back and told the receptionist that me and my husband could bring him for today. Me and my husband get there and the receptionist never changed the appointment like she told my daughter Kelsey Sammra she did and I stood right in my dining room and heard the whole conversation. I called them 2 days ago about my Miniature Pinsher who had a toothache. The lady was very sweet and I got the information I needed. I love people that love animals. So with that and hearing only good about Lemoore Animal Clinic for a long time I give them 5 stars.

Called recently. Just to ask if they had any appointments avaliable, and prices. The receptionist was rude. Said that they don't do walk ins, and to go another clinic. And just hung up.
