New puppy visit with my English Bulldog.. Spent most of the time telling me to get pet insurance. Got the discussion from three different folks. The one tech asked if I even wanted them to look at my dog before I got pet insurance. She then went into this discussion about pre. existing conditions. This is a very nice healthy English Bulldog puppy I bought from a very reputable show breeder in Raleigh. I was so confused and felt like they didn’t want me there without insurance. Just needed shots and a small scab looked at. After the visit I thought about how it went and it was just weird and wasn’t very welcoming. I will be cancelling my next appointment and will not be back.

We recently switched to this veterinary practice and couldn’t be happier with the care our dog Bailey has received. Bailey is an older dog with diabetes and ongoing weight loss issues, and from the very first visit it was clear that this team truly understands senior dogs and complex medical needs. They took the time to reevaluate his diet and insulin, explained things in a way that actually made sense, and shared helpful information we had never been told by our previous vet. They also kept Bailey for the day to perform a glucose curve study, which turned out to be extremely valuable in getting his condition better controlled. Have had wonderful experiences with MyVet over the last year. My dog has had some health issues and they’ve always been able to see him. He loves the staff there and they always seem excited to see him and give him lots of love. Great group!

Excellent visit. Called at 8 am on a Saturday because our normal vet was fully booked. They squeezed us in and scheduled us for 9am. Showed up and we were seen almost immediately. Everyone was awesome and friendly. They are also very upfront about pricing so there are no surprises. Looks like it is time to change to a new Vet!! Thos place is great!!

I love this veterinary office and I'm so glad our family switched our pets over. Our ragdoll, in particular, experienced some sort of trauma at the veterinary office we used to go to. MyVet was incredibly compassionate and genuinely kind. They gave our ragdoll a chance when the old vet wouldn't. They didn't charge me, since they weren't able to examine our kitty, but suggested gabapentin, put my mind at ease that it's not unusual for kitties to be stressed, and make a new appointment for the same week. NO JOKE, I was able to get an appointment a few days later. It was the first time our ragdoll walked out of her carrier! She didn't claw and hiss at the vet.
