My Second Home

DO NOT GO HERE. I dont even have enough room to list out all the reasons but this place has gone so downhill hill in recent years. They overbook, care only about quantity not quality and ask for second chance after second chance after second chance. For starters, they gave both my dogs severe Pancreatitis after boarding last May. They ignored both the feeding instructions and provided scooper and fed them SIX TIMES their intake. It took me two months to nurse them back to health, one dog who has Crohns nearly died You’d think that was enough. They ignore and miss notes for grooming like the blatant one I had for years not to cut my dog Willows lashes and after years of growing them out, chopped em right off. Give us another chance. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this staff!!! As well as the facility, always clean & feels peaceful. We boarded our cat there for 10 days & 9 nights for vacation. She loves it so much that she would live there if we let her!! I encourage everyone that boards a cat to do their Safari Stroll option. They just pet, cuddle & pour affection into your feline kid!!! Thank you all for always being there for our baby as well as our family. You can’t buy peace of mind like this. We trust them with our treasures.

Booked 6 weeks ahead and ask about their multi stage hair removal process. Explained i was getting married that weekend and needed the dogs to look great. I specifically asked can you groom huskies and that they had started to drop their coat so by the time of the appointment they'd be ready. I gave them the green light to anything they needed to do regardless of the fee. I dropped them off at 9:30 and called at 2:00 to check the status. Couldn't get anyone on the phone so i stopped in and asked. They so they had phone issues and apparently they were ready. I brought them home and very disappointed. Clearly they were bathed and blow dried but that's it. The next morning, day of wedding i spent 45 minutes brushing and the pics speak for themselves. I shouldn't pay for a groomer and come

The staff and location in Franklin have been so so good to me! They have dropped a hat on a dime to take in my dog when I’ve had to go to the hospital, and that’s On several occasions, and they have gone up and above for me and I’m so grateful to have them! They are wonderful junior(my dog) And he loves being there! Thank you again for every time

First time boarding my dogs so I was really nervous but the wonderful staff helped put me at ease. They were very communicative and treated my fur babies like their own. I will definitely be using My Second Home in the future.
