Wonderful. She didnt want to go home . we walked out and open the car door for her and she turned around and walked back to the hotel. She had a great time . we even received video updates while she was there . Jonathan was great and yvona was awesome too. Check in was easy and just like a real hotel. They did a great job walking her too , they were easy with her as she a rescue and needs to be told go to use the bathroom . she has a handicap to her mouth so they took it easy, which i appericate . will lodge her , even just do some day care . she loved it that much.Dalhila 💘 u guys .

Please be careful with your dog. I was in NYC for a week with my family and decided to look for a daycare for my Bruno a miniature schnauzer 🐶. As I got back to my hotel and playing with him we noticed he had scratches all over his tummy and mouth. We had in mind leaving him for 2 days while we enjoy the city but after that experience I was NOT going to leave him again under care of this people. I was very lucky to find a very nice girl in the App Rover that took care of my Bruno and he was happy to stay with her and her husband.

I took my 2 year old Chow Chow here for a vet visit regarding his allergies. My dog is new to the city and it was his first time at this clinic so he was a bit nervous. Overall, the vet took great care of him and I noticed that they also have a doggie daycare. I decided to take him to his first day of daycare a couple weeks after his vet visit. My dog loves other dogs but is just scared of meeting people for the first time as it takes him awhile to open up. My experience with the doggie daycare staff did not go well as they immediately took him to the back where the daycare was and I noticed how scared my dog was by these people. I did not feel comfortable with how they handled my dog as he kept barking and I wanted to leave with him. The lady insisted on trying again to take his harness o

We’ve been taking our golden retriever there for a month now and it has made an immeasurable improvement to our lives - both my wife and I and more importantly our dog! The staff is always there from 7am-7pm super excited to see our pup and he is super excited to see them (almost too excited). The staff always knows his name and his preferences. Then when we get him back he’s exhausted from playing all day and ready to just chill with us. We can’t say enough positive about the staff and the service!

We left our dog there this weekend. A cute 4 months old boxer. In fact got more likes then almost any dog on dogist. They emailed my daughter he got bit playing around. My daughter picked him up and he had sores and cuts all over and his lip is still bleeding two days later. I can understand a scratch here or there, but this was all over his neck and mouth. Maybe 15 cuts or so. He plays in Washington Park and Madison Park so knows how to play with all types of dogs. They clearly aren’t watching very carefully to allow this to happen. I called up the place today and they said the manager would call me back. Never did. If you love your dog, don’t leave them here! Be warned.
