I got a sweet lil baby yesterday from them and she is loving it here! I even made her a little play room. Plus the staff was super friendly that made the adoption process really fun and easy!

This is a shoutout to Officer Cranston. He helped me with a sheriff lock out recently. I was impressed with his patience and kindness towards the cats that was left behind by their owner. I also wanted to compliment the dispatch I spoke with over the phone. I forgot her name but she was very nice and helpful.

I understand this is a universal rule across all counties, but it's really frustrating. While working in Beaverton between 4AM and 5AM, I found a dehydrated and hungry dog, suggesting it had been out for a while. I took the dog with me since it was dark and nothing was open. I live in the Gresham-Damascus area and cannot keep the dog overnight. He's young, untrained, doesn't know any commands, and is very strong. He tries to sprint at anything that moves (including airplanes lol). Although he's friendly, he doesn't realize his strength and could accidentally hurt other pets or people. The dog has already damaged the inside of my car, so I'm not keen on transporting him back to Washington County. Despite my efforts to do the right thing, the county's response was essentially, "you're out

Excellent resource to have if your animals are missing or accidentally get out, and run away. I really can't say enough about how much this place has helped me; and touched my heart There are many cats and dogs here that need to find safe, loving homes. Please consider adopting a pet that needs a second chance to be a FURREVER FRIEND 🧡

Perhaps for adoption they do well. However, if you see issues happening in your neighborhood, I wouldn't bother calling because apparently nobody actually wants to actively help in any capacity. Do better. If it's a funds issue do some fundraising. But quite honestly there needs to be better protections. People need to care more and if this is part of your business is supposedly to care and help all the animals and multnomah county that you can then you desperately need to do better.
