Ally's Dog Spa

I would not recommend Ally’s Dog Spa based on my recent experience. I took my Yorkie in for grooming, and when I arrived to pick him up, the receptionist was holding him in a way that immediately made me feel something was wrong. My original bill was reduced from $93 to $60, and they casually mentioned that “a little soap got in his eye,” but assured me it would clear up by the next day. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Over a month later, his eye was still irritated, despite me following their advice to use warm compresses. Concerned, I finally took him to the vet, which cost $122 (with a coupon). He needed proper medical treatment for the issue. While the staff may be friendly, the lack of accountability and the way the situation was downplayed is unacceptable. I understand that g

My T.T had be shaved due to some matting in area's. I wasn't expecting to see such a cute dog; Ally did a great job.

Absolutely love Ally's! All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. My pups are always excited to go to the groomers! They listen to what style works best for my pets.

Cut my dog’s tongue saying dog licked at wrong time as sharp scissors neared her mouth. Said bleeding should stop as other dogs’ tongues (how many others have they cut?!) have stopped by time owners picked up their dogs. There’s a flap of tongue hanging. Dog is still bleeding into evening. Vet prescribed meds and instructed what watch for. Won’t be returning for their services. Warning other pet owners to be aware.

This place is great, clean and friendly. It was my 2nd time there and September did my Pomeranians cut. She did she a wonderful job. It’s absolutely perfect. Shaped correctly and short enough in all the right places while maintaining his fluffiness. I’ll definitely be back and be requesting her.
