Muddy-Mutts Grooming, LLC

This is a long overdue review! I have used Muddy Mutts grooming for several years. Miranda always did a great job with our yorkies cuts. She was always responsive and accommodating to schedule changes. Willow always looked great when I picked her up and I knew she was in good hands. We have since moved and we miss Muddy Mutts!

Miranda has done a fabulous job with our little Archie man. We live in the country and he loves his adventures through the woods. He always gets special treatment no matter how bad his coat gets. Archie is a huge fan of Muddy-Mutts and so are we.

Miranda regularly does a fantastic job with Wookie! She is willing to see him more often in the winter so that he has more fur for warmth. She takes extra time with him as he has aged and lost vision. Wookie had the cutest Thanksgiving tie today! I trust Miranda completely as she cares for Wookie! Miranda is a caring, skilled groomer.

I am giving this place a 2 stars. We took our Bernie doodle to be groomed and cut as there Matt’s oh his head and get his feet trimmed for the muddy season. My wife referenced a picture from there we’d site that showed a dog cut down to around 3inches over all. When she got back to pick up the dog that was not at all what we got. The dog was shaved down to around 1-2 inches. The explanation given to her was he was “bittiy”. She didn’t know what to say and left. When I got home and saw the dog I noticed that yes he was cut short but it was very uneven and his mustache was very uneven. I did call and was told the same thing that yep he was “bitty” and that his coat was all matted. Well we bush this dog once a day and the only mats were behind his ears. I get it will grow back but how it was

When we picked him up, Oliver looked absolutely fantastic! His coat was shiny, his nails perfectly trimmed, and he smelled amazing. We could tell he felt as good as he looked by the happy wag of his tail. Thank you, Muddy Mutt's, for treating Oliver like one of your own and giving him such a wonderful grooming experience. We are so grateful to have found a groomer we can trust and look forward to our next visit!
