My experience with this clinic was completely unacceptable. When I called ahead to confirm my dog’s records had been transferred, I was told they had the records but that there was no rabies vaccination information included. After reviewing the records myself, I easily found the rabies vaccination documentation. That kind of oversight is concerning. On the day of my appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early and was informed that clients must check in from their car and wait there until called inside. This was not made clear beforehand. After waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, I called the clinic and was told it would be at least another 20 minutes. When I said I would need to cancel due to the delay, I was placed on hold while staff checked whether I could be seen soone

We have entrusted the care of our fuzzy friends to Dr. Diane and her amazing staff since we moved to Hastings in 2008. She really is an amazing doctor and compassionate with her care at every visit. I honestly don't know how she does it. Hastings is fortunate to have a vet that cares like she does, and so are we!

Love the everyone from the receptionist & vet-techs to the Veterinarian's! They take good care of the animals they serve. Kind, funny, and always a good feeling after. Needs a good ol' remodel though. Looking pretty tired on the inside.

Our kitty got hurt a couple days ago, and we were looking for a caring, affordable veterinary clinic to take him to. A couple of my daughter's friends suggested this clinic, and we are sure glad they did. The people at this clinic are wonderful, kind, and caring. They love animals and make your treasured family members their top priority. Our kitty is back home after a wonderful experience in this clinic. They will now be the only vet we want to go to. They are very affordable, and totally great. They even keep a couple of spots open to accommodate emergencies. We called early and were able to get an appointment right away. Best veterinary practice around. 😊🐱

I have no words for how disappointed I am and embarrassed to have sent my friends here for their pets cremation. The larger ones were done with care, the smaller ones (my friends) were treated poorly and there’s no excuse. I think if you don’t go here religiously for your pet, they’re going to show you their true lack in effort & genuine care.
