Mud Bay

As always, mud bay offers a lovely experience with professional and friendly staff and wonderful products. I was offered help taking my heavy items out which is always nice as I'm disabled. I will always come back to this company with how well they treat and value not just customers but employees too!

We love buying our dog snackies in bulk here for our Hearing Service Dog Mocha. We also buy Grandma Lucy's dog food for our Toy Poodle Baby Makana and Maltipoo Kailana. We also picked up 3 different chews for Mocha. The workers are nice and helpful. We got some free samples too that the dogs all loved.

I am extremely upset with this Mud Bay location. I came in to ask about returning a product that made my cat sick. Instead of any concern or basic help, the person at the counter brushed me off and kept telling me to bring the product back for a return, even though it was already opened, smelled awful, and was obviously something no one should have to carry around again. What really got to me was her tone. It felt like she did not believe a word I was saying, and the whole interaction came across as dismissive and slightly racist. After spending thousands of dollars at Mud Bay, being treated like that is unacceptable.

Increased the price of cod sticks, medium size, and bagged them prepackaged in 5-packs. They used to be available individually, the same as all the other size offerings are. Disappointed in pricing and quantity selection.

Very helpful staff and quality products keep me coming back!
