Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Tualatin

I cannot speak high enough praises for the Emergency Vet hospital. My Akita had salmon poisoning and she received the most care with each doctors that my Akita seen they reassured me. They had kindness they had understanding and they have the love for each animal. They saved my baby do not hesitate. They will take phenomenal care of your family memberand I like to stand my appreciation for each, and every staff member they treated us with compassion and was understanding thank you each and ever one of you. These are the pictures when she was sick and the day after she got to come home what a huge difference they literally saved sugar’s life.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about our experience here. What turned out to be an absolute nightmare at another emergency vet clinic, was an exceptional and heartwarming experience here, considering the circumstances. We knew we weren’t going to go home with our sweet 17 y/o kitty, but we received such amazing compassion, and time with our boy Hurricane and we will be forever grateful. A special shoutout to Hanna, who was by herself at the front desk but took care of us as if we were her only concern. Thank you to your entire amazing staff! Obviously nobody wants to have to visit an emergency vet, but I will say that the employees here are incredible. We had to bring Pumpkin in multiple times this week for seizures, and Dr. Warren was the main vet that was taking care of Pumpkin. She was incredible at updating us and I never felt like we were taking up too much time or like she was trying to rush us with decisions. Heather was the main front office employee we spoke with (she also was on shift a while back when we had to take Pumpkin in because she swallowed floss). Heather is the perfect mix of straightforward and compassionate that I needed for the high stress situation I was in. We are so incredibly grateful for every person we encountered when taking our girl, Harley, in after eating almost 5 pounds of chocolate. We were met with nothing but kindness and patience from the moment we walked in to picking her up. Our very vocal girl is back and spunkier than ever.
