Shout out to both Justin and Michele! We had such a wonderful experience with Justin and his new in-home mini-services. Our cat, Lucy, is almost 20 years old and becomes very stressed when taken out of her familiar home environment, so this option was truly a game changer for us. Lucy is a Manx with a thick undercoat and is prone to matting. While I brush her regularly, she understandably gets worked up when I try to tackle the tougher mats. Justin came to the rescue. With the proper equipment and the most gentle, patient, and caring demeanor, he was able to remove all of her mats and trim her nails without Lucy ever having to leave home. Our Yorkie needed a grooming and the last 2 places we used were much higher in price for the same services and their grooming skills were questionable! Today, Bella visited Maddie at Bark Ave. I thought it great that she introduced herself to not only me but to Bella, before taking her back! She had a pallet with examples of how short we wanted her and I gave a few other instructions, like not cutting her eyelashes.
