Everyone wanted to charge so much for everything, and kept suggesting an unnecessary and financially debilitating surgery. Completely exasperated, my mom recommended her vet. I am so grateful to have met Dr. Alex and her Father. They’re so kind, generous, and compassionate. They’re extremely pragmatic, only recommending essential services; a quality I had yet to encounter in the vets I visited. Alex and her team have gone above and beyond what is expected of a veterinarian. I feel confident that when we go to this practice, we are going to be treated like people and not just a number. I thought I was going to lose him, and I felt like the little bit of joy I had left in my life was slipping away. But this hospital gave me something I’ll never forget — hope. This was my first time taking my granddaughter pet Jordyn to this hospital. I was impressed with the staff hospitality for the location. Come to find out my daughter had taken Jordyn there before. Although, I waited an hour with an appointment, it was ok because the energy was a great vibe. The doctor was a listener, an educator and briefed me well. Overall, I am satisfied and will be returning for a follow up. I will be recommending this hospital.

I think that all Vets should use this place as an example of how to treat people. We were tested like human beings here not just a 4:45 appointment. This is the poster child of a compassionate caring vet I recommend this place to everyone. 5 stars

Alex and her dad took care of my yorkies periodontal disease. They were professional,sympathetic, empathetic, and really care about animals. They went above and beyond to help me and took great care of my little boy. The prices were amazing and less than half of everywhere else that I was quoted! Thank you moreno valley animal hospital!
