Miss Pearl's Bed & Biscuit

Our boys love Miss Pearl’s! They go once a week, every week for daycare and are so excited to get in the car to go! When we get there, they immediately go up to their caretakers/teachers/friends for snuggles. They love them and the staff love our boys! That means so much to this fur mama!

I have worked at a boarding facility in the past so I know what it is like to be working in the environment and how the animals should be treated. This was the worst experience I have had. First they charge you for a bag to put the dogs food in (when the food is already in ziploc bags and its own bag). They would not let my dog play with other dogs because he is not neutered which is fine, but why are they lying to me on the report card saying he played with other dogs. They then proceed to tell me that my dog has worms and treat him for it which would be fine if he did have worms but he does not (I have checked). Then I paid $55 for a bath and he is smelly and looks like he has not had one. They send me pictures of my dog foaming out the mouth when he is supposed to be happy? I don't unde

First time ever boarding my fur baby, I am a huge stickler on communication and was disappointed that I had to email 8 days out of 10 for a Report Card if I am trusting you with my cat I hope as a business you would understand that my pet is family to me. When I fist walked in I had figured they would at least let me look at the area he was going to be placed in but they just took him and his crate to the back and then brought the crate back to me without him and that was it. When I picked him up today there was a lady at the front desk that was not welcoming she just said hi and kept typing and took my money and went about her business. With this impression of how they treat a human my heart breaks at how my boy was taken care of. So needless to say that I will not be bringing him back. N

This was our first experience there. I was a little nervous because my dog can be reactive out of fear. They took their time to be patient with him and said he was actually a good boy during the bath! I could tell everyone deeply cared for the dogs. They all were so excited to meet him and patient. Bruce Wayne will be back! Definitely recommend. (We did the deluxe bath)

My Golden Retriever LOVES this place. He’s been going since he was fully vaccinated at 5-ish months. He gets so excited when we go to drop him off that he tries to pull me around the building to the play yards, forget checking in! The staff are always so excited to see him and, since he’s still a puppy, are more than happy to use our training tools while he is in their care. We love Miss Pearl’s!
