I'm so thankful for Miss Emily's Bed & Biscuit, and especially for all the staff that take such great care of Theo when he's there for boarding. We moved to Orlando in December 2023, and Miss Emily's continues to stand out as the clear winner among all the facilities at which Theo has been registered for boarding services. I can just tell that he loves it based on his reaction when I pick him up and drop him off each time. I appreciate the strong communication, the ease of scheduling, the periodic report cards with amazing photos, the grooming service, the super friendly staff, and the fact that they go above and beyond when special or unforeseen circumstances arise. When we reunited with him, it was immediately clear how happy, relaxed, and well cared for he had been. We loved seeing updates of Bronson playing, exploring, and truly enjoying his own little pawcation. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was not just being watched, but genuinely cared for, engaged with, and loved the entire time we were away. Our dog, Kepler, has been going to Miss Emily's over the last two years, and I can't recommend them enough! After two dog attacks (completely unrelated to daycare), I'm extremely picky with who watches Kepler, and I completely trust the Miss Emily team to care for him. I love seeing him be so confident at Miss Emily's! Whenever we walk in, he runs to their back room without a second glance at me. He comes back well exercised (but not past his limits), and the team is always so kind with my worrying :) When he goes for boarding, we get photos and a report card roughly every three days, and the team is very proactive with any concerns. It's incredible knowing he's happy and well cared for when I can't be there myself.

We love Miss Emily’s! Our dog has been boarded for long trips most of his life and typically wasn’t the happiest going in and very excited to leave (understandable). Since he started going to Miss E’s, he doesn’t even look back at me when we arrive. He runs in the door, seems to love everyone there, and I get the cutest report card during his stay. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable, they have great communication, and they take the best care of my little guy! If I could give them 100 stars I would 🤍

My cat has now stayed at Miss Emily’s for boarding twice, and we’ve had the best experience both times. I’m confident that he’s in the best care with them, and I love having the peace of mind that he’s not getting into trouble out of boredom at home without me. The team sends photos and updates on how he’s doing every few days, and it’s so clear to me that they love him and make him as comfortable as possible while he’s away from home.
