I recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to my little dog, Maestro, after 17 wonderful years together. It was a tough moment of my life but I’m incredibly grateful to the team at Midtown for the compassion, care, and respect they showed during such an emotional time. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and understanding. They gave us the time we needed, explained everything gently, and treated Maestro with the dignity he deserved after a lifetime of love and loyalty. It was clear that they truly care — not just about animals, but about the people who love them too. Although it was a day filled with sadness, I take comfort in knowing that Maestro’s final moments were peaceful and surrounded by warmth. I can’t thank the team enough for helping

Midtown is the best! Doc Traci has been our vet since she came to FC 20+ years ago. She and her staff are very caring people. Doc Traci is very knowledgeable about our breed. I wouldn’t trust anybody else to give our Shar Pei and our little Pug the medical attention they need.

By far the best veterinarian experience I have ever had! Elowen at the front desk was so welcoming and sweet! Dr Richardson was so incredibly nice and down to earth! You can definitely tell they work really well together.

Love the people at Mid Town! Everyone is professional, friendly and helpful. Philip was so informative with his knowledge of cats and his calm demeanor! It doesn’t matter if it’s my cat or dogs, we get the best treatment and compassion.

Doctor Helton, Doctor Richardson, and every employee at Midtown loves our babies. They have taken such good care of all three of them, since we moved to Winchester in 2019. Doctor Richardson came to our house and lovingly, euthanized our sweet Icicle lying on the bed where she slept with us ever night. The staff sent a sweet card with such words of comfort when Crystal, Icicle's baby died. Now, we have Belle, who will soon join her mother and sister, wherever our fur babies go, she will be 15 on November 18th and is having "old girl" problems. I'm quite sure that when we get our new 8 week old girls next Saturday, the Midtown Staff will take extra special special care of them. Thank you so much for your care.
