Animal Care Center, L.L.C.

The doctors and staff at Animal Care Center are responsive and so caring. We first found them when we needed an emergency vet on a Saturday and were so blessed by their being open 8-5. I cannot say enough about how fantastic Animal Care Center is in helping us care for our pets!

Our sick dog was examined the day I called the clinic. Dr. Bowers gave us a thorough diagnosis and comprehensive treatment plan. Clinic staff are always friendly and helpful. Pet medical care is always a little pricey.

Animal Care Center has been our choice for all pet care needs for over 15 years. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They really care about the animals. Our little Chihuahua (Ruthie) got excited each time we took her to ACC and enjoyed the attention she received from the staff. Even in one of our toughest times following Ruthie's death from cancer, their caring and compassion made a difficult time more tolerable. We now have a new little rescue dog and will continue relying on Animal Care Center for all her needs as well.

They will discuss prices with you and then when you go to pay suddenly the estimate they gave you has doubled but you have to pay because those are the services they provided even though they weren’t upfront about it. Life is expensive enough when they quote you 170 dollars and you have to pay 302 that should be a crime consumer fraud! We agreed to a check up and three shots, I explicitly said no to additional charges and testing. I won’t be taking my dog back which is unfortunate because I thought they were very polite when my dog needed last minute allergy shots.

Dr George and Dr Ashley are very caring and knowledgeable. The staff are awesome and will treat your pets as they would their own.
