Very clean & accommodating! Dr. Midgarden & staff were wonderful to work with. They provided education on ear crops, tail docking, microchipping, and aftercare. I was informed and involved in every step of the process. I felt my pups were very well taken care of and never once felt worried or concerned. We traveled 10 hours one way to work with Dr. Midgarden and her staff, and it was worth the drive. The hotel recommendation they gave worked out perfectly, was fairly priced, pet friendly, and was within a 15-minute drive. Call to get in before your pup/litter is born to ensure you get an appointment. We will definitely go back.

I requested a long s curve show crop as I want to participate in conformation. Got a medium strait crop! That was exactly what I did not want! Her rude response was... she does many crops a day and does not remember the puppy, so give it back to the breeder, if I don't like the crop. She is the rudest uncaring vet I have ever spoken too. Her name is passed around, because she is known in the conformation ring, but as a surgon her work is NOT the best and her bed side manner is atrocious in my opinion. Breeders be warned. Her attitude will reflect on you! Conformation prospects....it's a conflict of interest. Remember your pup may be the competition. Its been 5 months since we’ve gone up to get our dobie’s ears cropped. Dr. Midgarden made suggestions to do his nails and even fixed his tail for us. She did an amazing job with his ears and love the results. Worth the travel from tennessee.

I used her several months ago. I was given prices for 2025. I asked for a mid crop. She cropped the ears long. I am getting another puppy and several of us were going to use her again. (I have options, but they did not) her 2025 prices were reduced for multiple dogs. She did not honor the price, even after I showed her the pricing she quoted me. My older dog's ears look ok, but they are longer than I'd prefer and I can't stand people who can't honor their prices and "charge fees". They said they were booking into January. It is August now. Sounds made up, but made not. A buddy called after me and got an appointment so I guess that was just a convenient cancelation....he didn't want the appointment. She is both an AKC judge and a breeder. She is kind and willing to educate. I've always been treated fairly and left feeling confident in her work. Her crops are golden; clean incisions, wraps, sterile environment, clean rooms, friendly staff. Her crops are on many champions.
