I recently went here to get dewormer for a relatively new cat. i told the receptionist that I think he might have round worms because I gave him a dose of tapeworm medicine a month ago and symptoms persisted. However when I got to the office she refused to offer anything except tapeworm medicine, and when I explained I had given him a dose she brushed it off and said I gave him the wrong stuff (even though I gave him praziquantel which is the same medicine vets use, it has a 95% efficiency rate). She preceded to be argumentative instead of asking what kind of medicine I gave him. All I wanted was medicine that was also effective at treating round worms, just to be positive. However all she wanted to do was argue about the type of worms he had, despite inconclusive test results. The truth

I took a stray kitten in need of some meds to the clinic, was a great experience up to now, dr liles did not spend enough time with us . She did not take the time to take the kitten temp just looked at her and gave her antibiotics . She obviously didn't care about this poor baby, she still isnt doing well . I wish people (vets) would be more considerate of pets and people who love them. This upsets me tremendously!!

I have been taking my furry babies to heartland for years and they have always been so kind and gentle with them. I highly recommend them.

My daughters and I trust the care of their cats to Heartland. They always give great care, which is budget friendly as well. Thanks for caring!
