midCITIES Animal Hospital

I had a great experience at midcities animal hospital. They were able to see me on short notice as a new client when my dog suddenly fell ill. They treated him with urgency and took the problem seriously. He ended up needing follow up care at a 24 hour hospital and they sent his information over right away and followed up with me for updates. Someone even stayed a little late to allow me to pickup some prescription food for him. My boy is feeling better and we now have a plan in place for his care and treatment going forward. Thank you!!

Our French Bulldog developed hematomas in his ears that were filling with fluid. Instead of offering to drain them or provide multiple treatment options, the veterinarian advised us to simply “let them fill and scar.” Watching a Frenchie with weighted floppy ears suffer from painful fluid buildup has been heartbreaking. On top of that, we were charged $100 for an allergy shot that was supposed to provide three months of relief, but it only lasted a week. Overall, we feel our dog was not treated appropriately and did not receive the quality of care we expected.

Dr. Munson is INCREDIBLE. As a veterinary nurse, I have a hard time trusting veterinarians with my cats because of my cat traumatically passing due to mistreatment of her infection (Not at this hospital) I will recommend Dr. Munson to literally anyone I know, especially if they own cats. She stays up to date on the latest research in kitty medicine and always treats the babies with compassion and minimizes their stress as much as possible. On top of this, she stays real with you. We brought our cat in after he sent over a foot of string down his gullet. When we came in, we saw another doctor initially who said it would be fine to take him home and continue to monitor after we took radiographs and weren’t completely sure if we saw string or not. We love midCITIES! The staff is so friendly and took such good care of my Lexie girl. She just had an oral surgery and the staff kept me up to date on her status throughout the entire day of her surgery. Surgery is never easy on our fur babies or on their humans, but midCITIES is wonderful and I knew she was in great hands. Dr. Carter takes such good care of her patients and you can really tell how passionate the entire team is about the health and well being of their patients.

Super clean and friendly staff. Our kitty loved the window view in the room and felt as comfortable as possible with a vaccine appointment! We'll be back in 3 weeks for our boosters!
