I first encountered this reptile Store when my daughter was interested in getting her first bearded dragon. This store is absolutely fantastic. Their selection was mind blowing and they took the time to explain exactly what we needed for a habitat and feeding and good care of the dragon. I cannot say enough positive things about Miranda and Tamayra. These ladies have so much knowledge about the animals, and they care so much about the customers. They treated my daughter and me as if we were the only ones in the store every time, even after we visited multiple times, because I was indecisive. They still answered every question, and never pushed me to spend a cent! They let the kids hold and feed the animals if you ask, and they some pretty cool rare breeds. Absolutely Amazing! The service is SO good, there is almost everything you may need, the prices are very good, the reptiles are treated super well, and the staff are very knowledgeable about the reptiles. My son just turned 14 and the 2 staff members who were there were giving recommendations, answering any questions he had, and being very patient when he wasn’t able to decide, they even gave us a discount because it was his birthday! 10/10 would recommend to anybody who loves reptiles and wants to go to a store that has great knowledge and knows what they’re doing! Only complaint is that they’re not closer to us!

Great Reptile store. I bought my red foot tortoise. I had some issues and the lady help me figure out what was wrong and what to do to improve the habitat for it. Highly recommended. Plenty of parking.

Miami Reptile is absolutely amazing! Ray and Nathan went above and beyond to help my family as my two kids bought their first bearded dragons. The day before our purchase, Ray was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and ensuring we were well-prepared for this new adventure. The next day, Nathan assisted us with the purchase, and his kindness and patience made the experience even better. Since then, my kids love visiting the store to buy food and interact with the animals. The staff is always welcoming, and the environment is perfect for anyone interested in reptiles. I stopped in while in FL and what a surprise...this place smelled sooooo bad as I walked through the shop. Almost every enclosire had filthy glass, dirty water bowls (for those that had water provided. The substrate looked like it hadn't been recycled between animals in quite a long time (great way to pass parasites/pathogens). They did have an impressive Water Monitor (Varanus salvator) that was enormous but the enclosure was too small for its size. Overall, somewhat diverse selection of animals but I never expected it to showcase such bad husbandry.
