I have never posted a bad review on anyone, but I am posting this because I used these ladies based on their good reviews. They reverse mohawked my dog and tried to cover it up with a tightly tied bandana. I asked for his feet and tail to be trimmed, but they left both long and returned him with scissors in hand at the door saying she couldn’t remember what I said about the tail. I asked about the missing fur on the back of his neck (that was clipper width), and she did it must have been a mat. She had started the service on her own, but after 2.5 hours another lady in a regular van showed up shaking her head. Worried about my dog, I went out to the van and asked if everything was ok and let them know I needed to leave soon. They said 15 more minutes. Thankfully, my dog seems to be fine.
