They keep a card with your information and your pets information as well. Always tell them exactly what you want. Reasonable prices, depends of pet size. I like how they are quick so my dog doesn’t stay waiting long. Also they don’t open on Wednesdays.

If there was less than 1 star I would pick it. This owner/groomer provides terrible customer service. No accountability on the sloppy haircut given to my dog. The last picture I posted was before dropping him off.. the disaster follows. We clearly told her to BARELY cut around his eyes, just enough so he can see. I will never come back here and I hope you guys take this as a clear warning.

I’ve taken our 2 pups to Jenny for 5 years and couldn’t be happier. She treats them like her own and they really love to get groomed now, imagine that. Our vet always notices how extra clean their teeth are. 5 stars!!

Took my 9 month old puppy to this lady today. My first time there and the owner spent the first 15 minutes asking me if my dog bites. She kept telling me that Schnauzer mixes were aIways a problem. I assured her that he has never bit anyone and he was a puppy and was nervous going in there. I told her that if she wasn't comfortable doing it, I would find someone else. I left him there even though I had some concerns. When I returned to pick him up, she told me that I was going to have a problem with him. That he wouldn't sit still and eventually would bite someone. She told me that I needed to walk him and get toys and train him properly. My dog is the most affectionate, loving puppy I could ever have. It is the owner that needs the training. She is very condescending, arrogant, and rude
