We were former clients who left because we moved quite a distance away. Our dog started having major issues and our current vet could not work us in for 10 days so they sent us to the pricey emergency vet who said our dog needed her spleen removed and to call our regular vet because it would be around $8,000 to $10,000 cheaper with them. So we tried and it took them several hours to even get back to us. By that time we were already sitting in the lobby waiting for our appointment at Metro West because they were willing to see us! Thankfully they were able to get the surgery done before her spleen ruptured and they no doubt saved our dog's life! We are so grateful they worked us in and we will be making the journey to them for all our pet care needs.

Whitney and her teams have proven to be invaluable to my dog. CaliGold and I she needs a monthly injection for anxiety and we stop by every month and her teams come out and do it in our car. It actually has transformed our lives and my dog is living longer and happier because of it thank you to everyone at Metro West Veterinary!!!

I truly enjoyed my experience w MWVC.🙌🏽This isn't my first rodeo, I've been to other Vet Clinics and taken my cats and dogs to just for routine checks. But this time ft different. The ladies at the front desk made me feel warm and inviting like I was apart of the family already.🫶🏽 They made my kitten feel safe in there arms🐾🧶. Dr. D was also super awesome with his knowledge and expertise🙏🏽🥰

This vet is amazing!! Dr. Collins is a great vet, he explains everything, funny, gave options, and helps make informed decisions about your pet care. The previous vet I took my dog to was to scared and always sedated and muzled her. He made her feel confortable and she had no issues. She just likes to bark alot. :) And the vet assistance and office staff and kind, understanding and helpful. I would recomend this vet to anyone.

I wish I could give this clinic a better review, but my experience was deeply disappointing during a stressful time. My cat has been very sick, and I took him to MetroWest Veterinary Clinic seeking help. The initial examination fee was $25, which was affordable. However, when the veterinarian recommended blood work to diagnose my cat’s condition, I was quoted $300 for the tests. As a pet owner, I want nothing more than to provide the best care for my cat. Unfortunately, $300 was simply beyond my budget at that time. When I explained this to the staff, I was met with complete indifference.
