I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with this veterinary clinic. The staff is professional, compassionate, and genuinely focused on what’s best for the animals, they definitely show they care about the animals over profit. They always take the time to explain things clearly and make sure each pet receives individualized attention. They are recommended by so many people in the community for a reason and it’s easy to see why. It’s clear they hold themselves to high standards of care and only take on patients when they know they can provide the best possible treatment. That level of integrity is rare and something I really respect. Our cat Max just had his 2nd annual with Merritt. Max was also in for a visit several weeks ago for a stomach bug. I feel like Dr. Miller is very knowledgeable and thorough in his examinations and explanations. Vet tech Nicole is very good with Max, too. I'm comfortable and confident with the care Max gets from Merritt. In addition, I have always been seen on time and without a chaotic waiting area. Thank you! PS: Max did have an attitude when we got home because he heard the Dr. say that he needs to lose about 18-20 ounces!

Always the best of care from Dr. Miller & his staff. Several of my friends bring their pets to Dr. Miller and are very pleased. He often offers various options of care and works well with pets & owners.

Terrible encounter with this practice. They refused to take my senior dog, even though we had a recommendation from my neighbor, as we are new to the area. My dog is up to date on all shots, but after they reviewed her history, decided they couldn’t make much money off of us with only an ear infection. Uncaring, unprofessional and disgusting.

The staff is very kind and cheerful, absolutely wonderful communication as well. Dr Miller takes the time to listen and he is being proactive in helping our pet live a healthier and better quality of life which gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend Merritt Animal Clinic.
