Everyone at this practice from the doctors to the techs and front desk are so kind and genuinely care for our three dogs. After going to four corporate owned vet practices throughout Central FL, we went to Eustis Vet after finding them by driving past and we’re so glad we did. They care for our dogs like they are their own. Even when our dog had to have extensive surgery elsewhere, they got the notes faxed and called to check in. This is such a great establishment and I’m so glad we take our dogs here 🙏

I was really struggling to help my cat with his allergies. He was stuck in a cone for months or else he would scratch his face off, going to our original vet multiple times with no solution, I came to Dr. Cassidy for a second opinion. Everyone there was SO friendly and supportive. At one point I’m crying in their office, I just felt no one had taken the time to fully listen to what’s going on with him and how much it was effecting his quality of life. But the staff here and Dr. Cassidy took their time with us and truly gave me options. It took 1 appointment with her and within days my cat was feeling better and now is fully back to himself, no cone and no scratching. Such amazing place and the people that are there helping and working, trust me every cent is worth it on how they treat your pets and how they care for you there, i am truly grateful that they give me and my family time to say good bye to our cat that had cancer on her ears and her time was coming soon and she had so much pain that we had to put her to sleep or else the cancer was going to consume her, me and my family are so grateful to this vet because when we were getting out they put a candle with a beautifull phrase, we are truly grateful that they give us time to say good bye with no regret and their words really impacted us. Last year, my girl Maggie had a horrific accident. We took her to Leesburg emergency vet as they were the only ones open at the time. They did absolutely nothing except give us a cone and told us to go home, unless we wanted to put her down. The very next morning we took her to Eustis Vet Hospital and the experience was something I will never forget. They didn’t have many openings for surgery but they were able to send us home with supplies and medicine until her surgery next week. Unfortunately, my girl was just not able to wait that long for surgery. I called them to let them know she was bleeding very badly again and that we just could not feasibly live like this for another week. They got her in for surgery the very next day.
