Meadowmont Animal Hospital

This all happened back in February, and it has taken me some time to write this review because the whole process has been so emotionally difficult. Losing Thunder, our 15-year-old best friend, was one of the hardest moments of my life. The morning it happened, Thunder was acting strangely and vomiting, and I just knew it was time. We were panicking, our regular vet was not answering, and every emergency clinic we called could not see him. Finally, we reached Meadowmont Animal Hospital, and they told us to bring him in immediately. When we arrived, the staff sprang into action. They came rushing out with a stretcher as if Thunder were a VIP or even the president. Meanwhile, I was holding him through a seizure, realizing I was about to say goodbye to the bestest boy. They got him safely on

You will not find a more caring, compassionate and professional group of doctors and staff ANYWHERE. There is no one that we would trust with a furry member of our family more than Meadowmont. They were there to celebrate the good times, and through the toughest challenges we faced. We are forever grateful for them. Winston will always love you all.

The team at Meadowmont Animal Hospital is amazing and provides not only 1st class care for my dogs but great customer service. They have been warm and welcoming as new customers and have gone out of their ways to make sure we know they are there to take care of us. This is the best Animal Care team around

I’ve had a wonderful experience with the staff at Meadowmont Animal Hospital while caring for my elderly cat. The reception team (Samantha and Lydia), in particular, has been phenomenal. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure my cat’s needs are addressed promptly and with real compassion. I’m truly grateful for their kindness and support.

I contacted Meadowmont Animal Hospital this morning about my husky (Nikolai) with GI problems (he ingested what was probably a decaying fish while at the beach). Everyone at Meadowmont was so kind and caring. They really seem to love what they do. Dr. Robertson was able to see Nikolai today. Her staff made sure to get his records from our previous vet (we recently moved to Chapel Hill from TX) and communicated with Dr. Robertson in advance about our dog's issue. Dr. Robertson did a very thorough evaluation and was obviously extremely skilled at handling my dog. She was sensitive to cost issues and did not push for expensive testing since she was able to rule a number of things out based on her careful exam. She and her team were just excellent.
