McSwain Carpets & Floors

Recently, we had carpeting replaced on our stairs. In the past, we had negative experiences with carpet replacement with another installer. I was dreading the process. However, our experiences with McSwain Carpets & Floors were great. Brooke was helpful and communicative during carpet selection and ordering. Kelvin S. was outstanding as an installer. He was timely, polite, and meticulous. He completely swept the work area after installation. The carpet on our stairs looks and feels great. We will use McSwain on future carpeting projects and highly recommend.

Kevin was great. We had a little measurement issue, but the resolved it fast and fixed it the next day. Bert good experience.

Great experience at McSwain with the wonderful help of Daniela Miller. She is extremely friendly, very professional and fair and we could not have asked for a better experience. From our first meeting in the store to the flawless installation, I cannot emphasize enough how great the process was. We will definitely come back for our next projects.

This is the second time I have use McSwain's, though it will also be the last. My experience with the consultants is always positive, but the execution is always lacking. The first time I used them, there were gaps in my flooring, improperly cut trim/baseboards, and door trim that has over a half inch gap between the floor and trim. The first time, I caught their contractors in my kitchen eating my potato chips (cant make this up) and the second time, they urinated all over my bathroom floor and left my partner's 500 dollar dyson hair dryer in a pool of water on the vanity (thankfully it still works). I have attached just a couple photos of the bunch. *9/7/22, I appreciate the owner's response, but the installation issues were never fixed. They are still like this today. *

The sales person at McSwain (Galy) offers great customer service. The company has a whole puts a lot of effort into keeping the customer satisfied within reason. The installer went out of his way to get the job done and I’ll have it looked nice. I would recommend them and have recommended them in the past of friends and family. Beavercreek Ohio office is great.
