These people care about your pet and love them as if they were their own. We had tried multiple other groomers before we were recommended to GroomingDales and I am so thankful for them all. Cosmo always looks amazing when we pick him up and is so relaxed and at home there. I cannot recomed GroomingDales more, they truly are caring people who love animals!

We brought in an older cat who was in bad shape. She was so wrought with bad mats on her back. She looks Fab-U-lous now. Thank you sooo much! Will definitely bring our other furry friends to this establishment and highly recommend to anyone in search of a very professional groomer who loves all her clients. Very pleased!

This place is truly wonderful. I've taken my cats there more than once, and the results are excellent. The people who work there are incredibly kind and gentle. Almost 1 year ago (Nov 2024) I had a horrible experience at this establishment. I dropped off my HIMALAYAN baby girl for a bath and haircut and specifically stated to NOT touch her beautiful tail. Well, lo and behold when I picked her up, her tail had been shaved down to the bone. HOW??? What groomer in their right mind would shave off the tail of a Himalayan especially after precise directions not to. When I picked her up and discovered that her tail had been shaved, the receptionist even showed me the notes she put in “DO NOT TOUCH HER TAIL”. (I wish I had taken a pic of that). OF COURSE I ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE SERVICES. I called today (Aug 2025) to figure out when she was last seen because her tail is still struggling to reach its full glory and the receptionist Katie assume

This place is excellent. We used to take our little elderly teacup yorkie poo here who was such a difficult grump in her old age. No one else would groom her. They were able and willing to groom her and even get a bow in her hair. Now we have a new puppy and they have done a wonderful job with her as well. This staff is kind, professional, and skilled, I highly recommend them.
