My first time going there and it was wonderful. The doctor was very patient and understanding and loving to my dog. They kept us informed the whole time and all of the vet techs and front desk girls were just so caring and awesome. They explained everything and just an overall wonderful experience. Thank you for taking care of my baby boy. And he’s doing so good. The pics that are included are at the time of surgery, which was a week ago. He is doing great now.

What a wonderful find! A smaller urgent care than I'm used to.The staff checking us in (my two dogs) were nice, asking and answering questions.We felt at ease in no time.The care was great,didn't take long for the Dr. to find and take of the problem. She listened to what said and had good feedback. I would love if they were my regular vets, not just emergency. Also the wait was short, we were there about an hr. I highly recommend.

Came in as a walk-in with my older golden who had got in a scuffle with my younger golden and they stated they don’t take walk ins anymore but had an available appointment within the hour thankfully! It was 2 days prior to Christmas so I knew they were busy so I didn’t mind the wait. I was comfortable enough (due to the extremely friendly staff) to leave him for a few hours for them to clean and stitch him up. Doc Ken even called to give updates after they sedated him, just to let me know the extent of what was under his hair before they proceeded! So thankful for ya’ll! Moose is healing nicely and I know he was appreciative of everything, except the cone! ;)

I was in a very stressful situation of having a feral kitten in critical condition that I needed to catch and think fast on where to take him to get help. I was recommended to go here through a vet. I was able to get in almost immediately with little to no wait. Everyone was gentle and caring with the kitten. Everybody was very helpful and kind with trying to help us understand what was going on and what we should do. The cost of everything was relatively affordable. It’s been a week since we’ve been there and so far “Boots” has been hanging on and slowly been getting better with his meds that were provided. He has been learning his enjoyment of being petted and playing with toys.

My German Shepherd had an allergy flare with a hot spot so I took him here to be seen. There was minimal wait time and they catered exactly to his needs. I’m happy I brought him here and the customer service was very nice!
