I am not sure I ever received such low quality customer service from anyone and felt so disrespected by anyone I tried giving business to. When I called to find out some information about a particular rug, I was extremely polite with the gentleman on the phone. I needed to verify a color because photos showed one color but description had a different one. I believe the man’s name was George on the phone. He was pretty annoyed with me that I “did not see” that the color was what they described it was. I said nothing and kept my polite manner. I informed that I will verify with my wife if this color will work for what she was trying to do and if the rug worked for her, I would call or text him very soon to buy it but offered to buy it off eBay where he sent me an offer, for as long as he wou

I receintly purchased a rug from Mastour galleries. Not only is it beautiful, but the delivery and installation were excellent. They are very accommodating, hence it was a pleasure working with them.

★☆☆☆☆ Buyer beware — custom rug order went off the rails We ordered a custom 14’10” × 14’10” rug on June 3, 2024 and paid a $8,747.50 deposit (price quoted $17,495). About six months later, the store demanded the full balance—plus an extra $750 not in the original price—before allowing any inspection. After we paid, the rug delivered to our Florida home was the wrong size, visibly crooked, and missing key colors (including the main green). We documented everything with photos, measurements, and side‑by‑sides and contacted George and Joseph immediately. Calls were met with hang‑ups and EXTREMELY rudeness. I ordered the most beautiful rug from George Mastour. The rug is white and has a taupe, vine pattern loomed into the rug. What is truly unique is that the pattern was customized to fit the size rug I needed. I've never seen a more beautiful rug and it is the showpiece of my living room. George was such a pleasure to work with and was responsive to all my questions and concerns. I look forward to purchasing the next rug although the Mastour inventory is so vast and beautiful it is very hard to pick your favorite.

Awesome rugs. The team came out to our apartment with tons of samples to help us pick the best match for our decor. Did a custom order and turned out beautiful.
